THOROUGH ANALYSES: Our lab technicians carry out microbiological analyses on all fresh ingredients and finished products to ensure the safety of the manufacturing process. By carrying out systematic physical, chemical and organoleptic testing of the ingredients received, as well as tastings of the finished products, we can ensure a stable production process.
